He's in my Priory instance if I enter with any character. Note that I finished Burden of Choice by giving him the stone, and he asks all my characters how they feel. He might not be present if the other choice is made. G R E E N E R 19:25, 7 October 2016 (UTC)

There is some missing dialogue from the article on Tranton for if your character chose the consortium.
