i had a hard time identifying where to go to talk to the mist stranger now that the special event is over - i wonder if a clarification/statement can be added for others that in order to talk to the mist stranger, one should go to the "Fractal Incursion Conference" instance marked by a sparking gold star icon next to Coordinator Bixx, who is standing just west of the Fractal Quickplay flag. otherwise, it's unclear where the mist stranger is
