That's not a bug, but a feature that has appeared on few armors only so far. It's even listed in the item's description (though the person creating the page missed to add that) ~Sime 18:19, 26 November 2025 (UTC)

Where does a description say that? Perhaps within the game files? As it's not on the item itself that I have. If the effect was intended, then I feel it should be on the item, and perhaps called a partial outfit to make people aware that the boots don't just cover what they expect.
