Endless Boss Chest tonic page should be deleted, the item doesn't exist. (See true page endless bonus box tonic) I discovered that the name of the endless tonic written in tier 5 is false, the true name is "Endless Bonus Box Tonic" it would explain why the page wasn't created... --Inquest Overseer Ezrielia (talk) 14:55, 10 July 2019 (UTC)

The Endless Bonus Box Tonic was the reward of the previous Meta-Event Rush event, which took place from the 4th of June til the 11th of June. The article has been updated to reflect the relevant information about the World Boss Rush event that will take place from the 16th of July til the 23rd of July. The final rewards is going to be an Endless Boss Chest Tonic, as stated in the announcement post from yesterday: https://www.guildwars2.com/en/news/world-boss-rush-returns-july-16/ I'm reverting the changes because the information was accurate. Thanks for the clarification, through then the page isn't well made imho, I mistaken the community goal of that page with the one from the meta event rush, can at least something be added near community goal like the date or in parenthesis world boss rush? Even second rush? Many will misunderstand them I think.--Inquest Overseer Ezrielia (talk) 18:28, 11 July 2019 (UTC)

On another hand, mechanics will surely be split into two sub sections, for hosting the new number of boxes awarded by doing the different event chains and maybe comparing the number of boxes earned by doing pre-events + boss in the case of the first rush and second rush. --Inquest Overseer Ezrielia (talk) 18:34, 11 July 2019 (UTC)

Who is "HS"?[edit]

Regarding mail and map pointer[edit]

I don't have prove and I don't know where the "Show me" button was pointing to, but I'm VERY sure it was NOT to the mist portals and it was NOT talking about "Rally your allies to help stabilize the Mists!" because it was the World Boss Rush and not the Fractal Rush. And if so, that would have been a bug. Not sure if we just remove these pointers from the mail entries or if someone still has the correct phrasing. Balwin (talk) 09:36, 29 August 2021 (UTC)

Both the pointer and description are correct. ~Sime 14:23, 29 August 2021 (UTC)
You must have switched up/misremembered something here then. Based on my old screenshots of it and the locations shown in the mails (which i still have (and which are still showing the same location/text now as the screenshots from then have)), and like Sime already mentioned; both the texts and the locations are accurate.
I can see how it can be confusing though as i was wondering about it too when adding it. I didn't think to add a sic for it though; which should probably be there.
It would have probably been more ideal if they'd have left the show me out of the mails. Showing Lion's Arch doesn't make any sense for a world boss rush and e.g. only pointing out one of the world bosses instead doesn't seem ideal. Nightsky (talk) 15:08, 30 August 2021 (UTC)
OK, if that was the original phrase and pointer then it really makes no sense, but of course then my suggestions are wrong. Having it now with the additional 'sic', it is fine and less confusing for this page. Thx Balwin (talk) 09:00, 5 September 2021 (UTC)

Updates - World Boss Rush March 2026[edit]

- The community goals seem missing this time around.

- Some worldbosses that are listed in the WB Portal Device from the gem store do not work for the boss rush: Starlit Weald Boss

- The event message on the side of the screen still tries to send you to the NPC around the fractal/PvP/WvW area in LA but the NPC is actually south of the commodore quarters (one of the core game faction Headquarters)

- not all events that count for the rush might be shown in the list on the event section or at least be shown very late in some cases, i.e. I saw Svanir Shaman and Fire Ele there at the same time but only after the Shaman was dead did the Megadestroyer appear in the list, even though (at the time of observation) it happened between these two 'starter' worldbosses - does that mean that the starter zone world bosses get higher priority in getting shown there? The preceding unsigned comment was added by 84.138.103.57 (talk).

Can also confirm that Of Mists and Monsters (Greer & Decima in Janthir Syntri) doesn't count either. - 73.160.133.106 00:58, 18 March 2026 (UTC)
