The mail points to the wrong location, Halvora Snapdagger is located in Commodore's Quarter, outside the  Order of Whispers Headquarters — .

We need to cut off those threats before they destabilize the area. Pay attention to the intel for hot-spot locations, and then handle those events as they occur. Notes

• Older information has been moved to World Boss Rush/historical. Information might be required once again, if some of these mechanics will come back in future updates.
• Bosses spawned via a Guild World Event (Tequatl the Sunless, Legendary Karka Queen, and Evolved Jungle Wurm) count toward the World Boss Rush.

Trivia

• The mail claims "PS: This message won't self-destruct", but following a recent change^{[verification requested]}, old event mails do actually get auto-deleted if too many are stored.
