Krait Obelisk Shards have been placed across Tyria underwater by the krait of the Toxic Alliance, specifically within Bloodtide Coast, Caledon Forest, Gendarran Fields, Kessex Hills, Mount Maelstrom, Sparkfly Fen, and Timberline Falls.

Shards that haven't been transcribed yet are marked with a icon above them, which can't be seen from the world map or the mini-map.

15	Sparkfly Fen #1		To the east of Forvar's Waypoint in Leeshore Gauntlet.

17	Sparkfly Fen #3		South west of Brooloonu Waypoint directly next to the Wrathwave Deeps point of interest.
18	Sparkfly Fen #4		At the very bottom of Ocean's Gullet.
19	Mount Maelstrom #1		Atop the south east Tower of The Mire Sea Krait structure. This Obelisk is above ground.
20	Mount Maelstrom #2		In the north east area of The Mire Sea Krait structure. Underwater, under some kelp leaves.
21	Mount Maelstrom #3		Just west of the Treacherous Vents point of interest in Treacherous Depths.
22	Mount Maelstrom #4		Directly west of the Old Sledge Site Waypoint in Whitland Flats.
23	Timberline Falls #1		There are two shards here. These are both easy to get to as they are in the same place, Sipedon Deeps. One is up top of the tower near the Witch (One of the three witches needed for Krait Bane achievement) and Shiverpeak Mountains Diving Point #7.
24	Timberline Falls #2		The other is north of the vista underwater.
