Effects

•  Protection (30s) - Incoming damage decreased by 33%; stacks duration.
•  Linked - Decima's minions link together. When either minion falls to critical health, it will become immune to damage. After a short delay, it will heal to half health. The damage immunity is removed if the linked minion is also brought to critical health before the healing occurs.  Additionally, while this effect is active, attackers farther than 750 units away will be teleported closer.
  •  Defibrillate (10s; when linked minions reach critical health)^{[verification requested]} - When this effect times out, the target is healed to 50% of their maximum health.

Skills

• Charged Ground - A persistent electrical field that increases in damage over time appears under any player hit by Sparkwave. Upon reaching maximum damage, it also dazes and applies vulnerability.
  • Sparkwave - Transcendent Boulder slams down its fist, generating a massive wave of lightning directed at the targeted player. Creates an expanding, persistent field of electrical damage under each player struck by the initial wave.
• Earthfall - Transcendent Boulder leaps into the air and slams its fists down, damaging and knocking down nearby enemies. Additionally, six boon-stripping arcs of electricity are released that spread out before returning to their source.  The arcs can only strike enemies touching the ground.
• Seismoelectricity - Transcendent Boulder leaps into the air and slams its fists down, damaging and knocking down nearby enemies. Additionally, six boon-stripping arcs of electricity are released that spread out before returning to their source.  The arcs can only strike enemies touching the ground.
• Sparking Reverberation - Transcendent Boulder charges the ground around itself with electricity that deals continual damage to all enemies in the area. While channeling this skill, its defiance bar is unlocked.  If the skill finishes successfully, a stack of frailty is applied to the entire squad.
