Tango icons

Hi, would you mind using {{subst:pagename subst}} instead of {{PAGENAME}}? The latter isn’t really meant to be used outside of templates or widgets—I was told the same thing in the past. :) --Tᴇʀʏ.3065 03:59, 19 September 2025 (UTC)

Heya, hmm that's what caused the issue in the first place for some of those articles I fixed, they were renamed and the tables were querying the old page name, whereas PAGENAME would prevent that from ever happening. I feel like perhaps these cases might be worth an exception where it's being used as a template variable to reference the current page name? --Tofu (caeldom) (talk) 05:07, 19 September 2025 (UTC)

iirc {{PAGENAME}} cause some wiki bugged in the past. And for shorthand template, I'm not sure about it, it's a rare case that page got moving (those who moved pages should be the one fixing it in the first place). Might be better to leave a topic in Guild Wars 2 Wiki:Community portal or Template talk:Vendor query table and see what the other opinions. --Tᴇʀʏ.3065 12:12, 21 September 2025 (UTC)
