Veteran Risen Noble

Veteran Risen Nobles are Risen minions of Zhaitan that were once Human and can be either male or female. They have skills similar to a Thief's and specialize in dealing PBAoE damage while inflicting weakness.

Locations[edit]

Double Strike - Hits twice
- Wild Strike - Chain. Strike your foe again, bleeding them. Gain endurance with a successful strike.
  - Lotus Strike - Strike your foe and inflict Poison.
Thrown Dagger - Projectile attack that causes Poisoned
Locust Breath - Point blank AoE aura that pulses every 1s and causes Weakness
Shadowstep - Moves to target and creates a persistent AoE circle that Pulls to center when cast, pulses every 1s and cause Weakness
