Veteran Toxic Hypnoss

Veteran Toxic Hypnoss are Krait magic users who belong to the Toxic Alliance. In combat, they wield daggers and focuses; specializing in condition application and summoning Hallucinations.

Veteran Toxic Hypnoss will attempt to revive downed allies.

Life Blast - Slow projectile auto-attack.
Poison Cloud - Creates a large area of effect field at target location for 8 seconds; 0.5 second cast time. The field begins to pulse every second after a 2 second delay, dealing damage while inflicting Poisoned and Confusion for 5 seconds and Hallucinatory Vulnerability for 2 seconds with each pulse.
Summon Minions - Creates two small area of effect Ethereal fields at targeted locations for 5 seconds; 2 second cast time. The hypnoss then begins casting again, shattering the fields after 2 seconds to summon two Hallucinations or Veteran Hallucinations. While active, the fields pulse twice per second, dealing damage and inflicting Confusion for 3 seconds with each pulse (stacking up to 3 times).
Creates a medium-sized area of effect toxic geyser field at target location for 8 seconds; 0.5 second cast time. The field pulses every second with a chance to inflict random conditions on foes and grant random boons to allies with each pulse. This skill does not deal damage.

  - Chilled 3 seconds.
  - Weakness 3 seconds.
  - Blinded 5 seconds.
  - Crippled 5 seconds.
  - Bleeding 8 seconds.
  - Poisoned 10 seconds.

  - Regeneration for 5 seconds.
  - Resolution for 5 seconds.
  - Swiftness for 5 seconds.
