Water

• Flow like Water — Deal increased strike damage, which is further increased while your health is above the threshold. Blocking or evading an attack heals you.

• Arcane Lightning — Arcane skills grant increased ferocity and have additional effects.

Notes

• This skill has an instant cast time and may be cast during other actions. It can also be activated while in the air.
• The Raving Asura in the Uncategorized Fractal uses this skill, but blocks 5 attacks instead of 3 and does not explode.

February 22, 2017	This skill has been unsplit from PvP and will now use the lower recharge (40 seconds) in all areas of the game.
December 13, 2016	The cooldown of this ability has been reduced from 60 seconds to 40 seconds in PvP only.
July 26, 2016	The cooldown of this skill has been reduced from 75 seconds to 60 seconds. This change is not carried through to Final Shielding.
June 03, 2014	Updated the skill description to indicate that this skill always critically hits.
May 20, 2014	Added a skill fact for number of targets: 5. Changed the radius skill fact to an explosion radius skill fact. The explosion portion of this skill is now referred to as Arcane Shield, rather than Arcane Wave.
April 15, 2014	Reduced the maximum number of targets on the blast to 5. Fixed a bug that caused the skill to not deal damage when underwater.
August 06, 2013	Added the buff to the skill fact. The buff provided when this skill is activated will now properly display the remaining number of charges.
January 28, 2013	Fixed a bug that caused several spells, including Tornado, Arcane Shield, and most frequently Whirlpool, to sometimes fail to display any graphics.
August 28, 2012	Game release: Arcane Shield has been added to the game.
