Ascalonian Citizens are weaker forms of ghosts found throughout Ascalon. They utilize different abilities depending on the weapon they're equipped with.

Skills

• Eye Blast - Fires a beam in a straight line, dealing damage with each pulse.
• Overload - Basic attack. Fires a projectile from their scepter, dealing damage and inflicting 1 stack of  Confusion for 3s.
• Reflection Shield - Summons a protective bubble around themselves, dealing pulsing damage to nearby targets and reflecting projectiles.

•   Fire Shield - Channels for 3 seconds, blocking and inflicting burning for 3 seconds to attackers.
