- ^ Echo Evader: Achievement eligibility tracked by the effect Achievement Eligibility: Echo Evader.
- ^ Echo Evader: Eligibility isn't removed upon dying, and it's possible get the achievement even if the event fails.
- ^ Mirror Memory Master: There are only 3 ward members inside the network. To get the achievement, find 3, turn them in, then find one of the 3 members again. They will be in the same place for that event. There is a dialog box for finding Rhianwyn, Prenn and Surepaw as you turn them in: "You have turned in Prenn. You need to turn in Rhianwyn and Surepaw to turn in Prenn again."

Malefic Darkness. Note that the 10 seconds requirement is accumulated across the fight. You can stand in and out of Beneficent Light to obtain continuous 
Malefic Darkness Immunity, thus avoid getting Malefic Darkness.

Trivia[edit]
- "For Old Times' Sake" is a reference to the Starlight Lantern achievements from Secrets of the Obscure, where players have to light a total 155 lanterns in order to obtain one piece of Obsidian legendary armor.
- "This Is Fine" is a reference to a comic strip meme by the same name.
