Walkthrough

Pick up medicine from the event NPC or Medicine Dispenser and use it on one of the marked locations at the blockage. While applying the medicine, getting hit by foes will interrupt you. Foes may also spawn after successfully applying medicine.

Notes

Bug:

Sweet Relief achievement eligibility is only granted if you are present at the event location and unmounted prior to the event spawning. In addition, getting downed or leaving the event area removes the eligibility. Leaving and returning to the event area can restore eligibility.

• The northern version of this event occurs five minutes after the nearby Use debris in the environment to help destroy the titan organ sacs event ends.
• The southern version of this event occurs five minutes after the nearby Keep the titans apart in order to defeat them event ends.
