April 14, 2026	This trait no longer increases chill duration and now reduces incoming strike damage from chilled enemies. Guild Wars 2 Wiki note: The chilled duration increase effect has been moved to Shivers of Dread.
May 11, 2021	Text on many damage-increasing profession traits, runes, and sigils has been clarified to indicate whether they increase outgoing strike damage, condition damage, or all damage, as appropriate.
March 05, 2019	Increased the amount of bonus damage that this trait grants from 10% to 15% in PvE only.
September 22, 2017	Path of Fire release: This trait no longer reduces incoming damage from chilled foes. It now increases outgoing strike damage by 10% to chilled foes.
October 23, 2015	Heart of Thorns release: Cold Shoulder has been added to the game.
