Walkthrough

Willowdread is quite squishy, and its health is the time limit of the event. The giant will focus on it, so the player should stand behind the giant to avoid the frontal Locust Storm. A significant amount of the damage taken is through this ability as it causes multiple stacks of  Poisoned, which can be mitigated with skills that cleanse conditions from nearby allies.

The main risk to players is the Stomp where the giant lifts its leg for a second, before  Launching players and dealing heavy damage in a large area. The giant summons grubs which are very squishy and easily cleaved down, there are a lot of smaller mobs in the area, and splitting your dps to dispatch the small mobs could prevent you from killing the giant it before it kills Willowdread.
