Detected Treasures are warclaw-detected chests—a mounds of dirt with treasure beneath them found all over Janthir. Their contents can be collected by walking up to them and then using the warclaw's Uncover skill. They can be located using the warclaw's Sniff skill, which causes a smoke effect to come off them (though the mounds themselves are visible without using the skill). The locations of Detected Treasures are randomly selected on each instance of the map.

Mechanics

• Players can acquire a maximum of 40 detected Kodan Caches per map per day, shared among all instances and cache types. After reaching this limit, the game will notify you that Your warclaw is tired of digging on this map for today. when attempting to dig further.
• Each player in an instance will find the same contents in cache locations.
• A cache cannot be dug up in the same location if it has already been dug up in a different instance (IP), regardless of cache type.
• The maximum number of Mythical Kodan Cache that can be acquired per day based on the map:
  • Lowland Shore: Maximum of 3 caches. (Grouping by 3 areas: southwest, southeast, and central.)
  • Janthir Syntri: Maximum of 1 cache.
  • Mistburned Barrens: Maximum of 1 cache.
  • Bava Nisos: Maximum of ? cache.
• It’s advisable to achieve 6 stacks of  Lowland Expertise before opening the caches, which can be purchased with Lowland Kodan Expertise.
• Caches that require uncovering are not visible through the Treasure Hunter Protocol, while Major Kodan Caches remain visible as they are above ground.
