Notice of Unusual Activity
There were five unscheduled departures from Sanctum Harbor in the early morning hours on the day of the trade summit between Cantha and Elona. I had my technician intercept one of the ship's signals, and we determined that they were manned by two notable Inquest krewes. The ships met with a small fleet of three additional vessels, each of asuran origin, before the signal was blocked.
