Dreadwing is an extremely powerful wyvern-like Kryptis that can be fought during Convergence: Outer Nayos. Another of these powerful wyvern-like Kryptis called Knaebelag the Terror can be found in Nyedra, Dreamer's Sanctum during The Fangs That Gnash meta event.
