“Starting a war is a last resort. We have our young and our old to consider.
Elder Yowen is one of the leaders of the Olmakhan tribe. She resides in Atholma and helps Elder Rhona investigate the cause of a mysterious storm that is ravaging the Sandswept Isles.

Stoning - Hurl a rock and weaken your foe. -
Lahar - Dual Attack. Create an area that cripples and damages enemies. -
Manifest Sand Shade - Shade. Manifest a sand shade using some of your life force[sic]. Using a shade ability strikes enemies near you and your shades. -
Oppressive Collapse - Corrupt the ground under your target; if they remain within the area, they will be knocked down. Grant might to allies near your target based on how many conditions they have.
