Elite Empowering Beasts are tough rotling titanspawn found in the Southern Landing in the Mount Balrior raid, guarding a Legendary Blighted Beast and spawn during the Greer, the Blightbringer encounter. They also appear in the convergence when Greer's defiance bar is broken.
