Great Jungle Wurm Larvae are found in Bloodtide Coast as part of the Triple Trouble meta event. They hatch from Great Jungle Wurm Eggs if they are not destroyed within 20 seconds.
They can also be found outside of events in Eternity's Garden.

Poisoned. - Mortar — Fires up to 3 projectiles into the air. When they land they create an area of poison. Applies a stack of Poisoned for 4 seconds every 0.5 seconds.
- Smash — Jumps up in the air and applies
Knockback to nearby players when it lands.
