Bronze 13,335 Experience.png 189 Karma 44 Copper coin
These are the expected rewards for a level 80 player.

Walkthrough[edit]

Both of the variants of this event involves moving an item from one point to an NPC. For the fish variant this is a slippery fish that has to be periodically re-caught, and for the crate variant this is a heavy crate that has to be either carried or dragged on a sled (potentially with the help of a mount).

Either way, the object has to be carried to one of several NPCs near either Point of interest (map icon).png Harbor Market or Point of interest (map icon).png Fishing Village, depending on the event's starting point.

The pickup point is indicated on the map by the orange icon with the downward-facing hand. (The crate variant has two pickup points, one for the manual bundle and one for the sled option, as described below.) The delivery point is indicated by the orange icon with the arrow pointing to a basket. (The delivery point for the manual bundle vs the sled will also be different.)

Fish variant[edit]

Any picked up fish grants the Professional Fish Catcher.png Professional Fish Catcher effect which expires after 7 seconds, whereupon the fish bundle will be dropped and will fly to a light-blue circle very close to the carrier's location. It is also possible to throw the fish early manually, which can make it easier to recatch it.

Recatching the fish will grant the effect for 7 seconds again, and this has to be repeated until the fish has been given to the designated NPC.

Crate variant[edit]

There are two ways to complete this event: either carry crates manually as a bundle (disabling weapon skills and preventing rolling & mounts but not restricting movement speed) or by dragging it on a sled (heavily decreasing movement speed and temporarily losing it if it ever gets further than 1000 units away from the character, but letting the carrier use a mount, with the Skimmer or Superspeed being the smoothest method).

Carried crates grant 1 point and sled-dragged crates grant 2 points.

Dialogue[edit]

Event start
Ji-Cheol: Hey, you busy? I just got moved to this ship to manage deliveries. Didn't realize I'm the only one on staff!
Ji-Cheol: I've gotta get these orders to the court. They're Xunlai products, so they're priority. Can you fill in for a shift?

Ji-Cheol[edit]

Crate shipments[edit]

When taking a box
Ji-Cheol: This order's a few small boxes. Take them to the court all at once or one at a time, whatever works.
Ji-Cheol: Says they're "fragile." Usually I ignore that, but since they're Xunlai, you should probably be careful.
When taking a large shipment
Ji-Cheol: This one's pretty heavy. You'll never get it to the court on your own. Got a mount? That's what I'd use.
Ji-Cheol: Whoa! Can't have you getting hurt under my supervision. You don't even work here! Just use a mount, okay?
Contributing a shipment
Peddler: Thank you! Oh my, some of our Xunlai orders are fairly large. I hope this wasn't a big hassle.
Peddler: It's about time you showed up! You better not have broken anything, or I will promptly be in touch with your manager.

Peddler: This is pristine! My last order looked like it went through the Jade Sea to get here.

Hei-Ryung[edit]

Crate shipments[edit]

Event start
Hei-Ryung: Is she late again? We'll never get these orders out! (sigh) Wish our old delivery guy was still here.
Hei-Ryung: Hey, mind running a few deliveries for me? It won't take long. Promise I'll make it worth your while.
During event
Hei-Ryung: Those boxes are for the tea merchant. Tou can take them all at once, or one at a time.
Hei-Ryung: They're fragile, so be gentle with them. I don't have time for more customer complaints.
When taking a large shipment
Hei-Ryung: The large crate'll need a mount to move it. But careful, our last guy knocked over a tank of sand crabs with his.
One of the following:
Hei-Ryung: I was picking sand out of his hair for days! Anyway, it's going to a dodgy fella. You'll know him when you see him.
Hei-Ryung: Easy there, you're gonna pull a muscle. I'd go with a mount if I were you.
Contributing a shipment
Peddler: Wow, service is really improving! The last delivery guy just threw the boxes at me.
Peddler: Oh good, you have my..."paperwork". Ha, lot of paperwork in this business. I'll take this from here.

Fish deliveries[edit]

During event
Hei-Ryung: That's for the seafood vendor. It's live, so try not to drop it. He's picky about quality.
Contributing a shipment
Peddler: This is pristine! My last order looked like it went through the Jade Sea to get here.

Notes[edit]

Unlike other mounts, the skimmer is not affected by the slowing effect applied to you when pulling large crates, making it the best mount for this objective.
The skyscale hovering strafe is not affected by the slowing effect applied to you when pulling large crates, causing it to move faster sideways then forwards
During the fish deliveries, as a Necromancer, if you use Spectral Walk and the Fresh Catch effect expires, when the fish lands on the ground and you pick it back up you'll be teleported back to the point where you first used Spectral Walk as if you had used Spectral Recall.
  • The different events at the same location seem to take turns spawning. If you need one but only the other appears, try completing the other and wait for the event timer to spawn the one you need afterwards.
  • You can do the fish variant alone if you throw the fish ahead, on short distance, and run into the white circle yourself to catch it (no speed required). You can already run while half way through the throwing animation.
  • When delivering crates, the skyscale can lift and fly over some terrain obstacles that other mounts have to go around.
  • If using a sled during the Crate variant of the event, the rope to it can snap if your mount gets too far away (most common with Skimmers). You will see the warning message: The rope snapped due to overstretching. To counteract this, simply wait for a few seconds upon reaching both gates on the way to the pick-up NPC.

Trivia[edit]

  • During development, the crate version of the event used the Hamaseen Trophy Crate.png icon.
