IBS5

IBS5 is a grouping of relatively low complexity raid encounters. Named from their origin in the Icebrood Saga, they provide an introduction to 10-player group content.

Other phrases

• Some groups only run IBS3 (also called easy 3 or ez3), which excludes Boneskinner and Whisper of Jormag.
• Exclusion of specific encounters is otherwise usually written as "IBS5 -SP -FoJ"
  • This is also done if someone has to leave mid-run.
  • While some groups call for "IBS4", this name is not recommended as it is ambiguous whether it includes Boneskinner, Whisper of Jormag, or both with Shiverpeaks Pass excluded.
• Groups that include Cold War usually specify "+ CW" or sometimes "IBS6".
• Groups that include Dragonstorm usually specify "+ DS".
• Similar phrases are also used for End of Dragons raid encounters, with "EoD4" meaning all, and "EoD3" or "EoD ez3" excluding Harvest Temple ("HT").

Notes

• Forging Steel ("FS") is not included because of the longer time required, making it more akin to a dungeon.
