- Free-to-play restrictions apply when using this item. Per example, attempting to use it on a free-to-play character below level 10 during Dragon Bash displays the message "Your teleport could not be completed due to level restrictions on your destination.".
- This item was released with the Festival of the Four Winds 2020.
- The 6 individual invitations can be safely discarded once this item is acquired.
- When used while no festival is active, the message "There are no festivals currently underway." is shown.
- During Festival of the Four Winds its behavior depends on your current map: after the first use you will travel to Labyrinthine Cliffs, when used there you will travel to the Crown Pavilion, and from there it will return you to your homeland.
