Acquisition

After acquring a Meditation Logbook, go to  Derelict Delve Waypoint — in Desert Highlands. Enter the tunnel to the south. Down below in the south end of Overreach Chasm, to the right of a lavafall, is a narrow entrance to a long winding tunnel filled with destroyers. At the waterfall at the end of the tunnel, use the /sit emote.  Meditative Rest will be applied to you, lasting 60 seconds. You will obtain the collection item once it ends.
