Acquisition

After acquiring a Meditation Logbook, go to  Seborhin Waypoint — in Domain of Vabbi. Go east, down stairs through a dome, then cross a bridge north to the blue building in the middle. Ascend to the top of the blue dome and use the /sit emote.  Meditative Rest will be applied to you, lasting 60 seconds. You will obtain the collection item once it ends.
