Acquisition[edit]
After acquring a Meditation Logbook, go to 
Bonestrand Waypoint — in The Desolation, or if you are at the previous location in Elon Riverlands, enter The Desolation through the map portal in Elon Flow. Go to the waterfalls in the northeast corner of the map, and go halfway up the slope on the right. Follow the ledge left to a jackal sand portal in the waterfall. Through the portal, in front of the Statue of Abaddon, use the /sit emote. 
Meditative Rest will be applied to you, lasting 60 seconds. You will obtain the collection item once it ends.
Trivia[edit]
- The phrase "Beware the danger of secrets kept" is written in Ascalonian in Lord Odran's map of the Mists.
- This map can be seen in the Durmand Priory's Special Collections, above the Statue of Abaddon.
