Perfected Envoy armor is a legendary armor set built from the tier 2 precursor, Refined Envoy armor. Each weight class of Perfected Envoy armor has unique appearance and visual effects and transforms when entering combat.

Acquisition of the Perfected Envoy armor sets is linked to Heart of Thorns raids and involves collecting Legendary Insights from raid encounters, as well as obtaining various items for the  Legendary Armor achievements.

Acquisition

Completing the  Envoy Armor II: Refined Armor achievement rewards a Refined Envoy armor of one selected weight class, which serves as a precursor for the respective legendary set. Precursors for other weight classes are crafted using additional Legendary Insights.

As some achievements and acquiring the Legendary Insights are time gated, crafting each set will take multiple weeks:

• For the first set, Gorseval has to be defeated in five separate weeks for Spirit Thread to create Spirit Weave. The two weeks worth of Legendary Insights can be collected while completing this item.
• Subsequent sets will require four weeks to acquire the 300 LI needed at 50 LI per piece (25 for Gift of Prowess, and 25 for the precursor's Envoy Insignia).

Alongside Legendary insights, there is a potential time gate to acquire a Gift of Craftsmanship for each piece of the armor, which depends on the acquisition method of Provisioner Tokens.

Precursor piece (Refined Envoy armor)	Completing the Envoy Armor II: Refined Armor collection. Further pieces of any weight can be acquired by crafting from a recipe purchased from a Master craftsman upon completion of Envoy Armor II: Refined Armor. In order to get started crafting further pieces you will additionally need an Envoy Insignia for each piece of Refined Envoy armor.
