This article is about the merchant selling basic supplies and recipes. For the merchant selling crafting containers, see Researcher (merchant).

Note:

Can be sometimes replaced by a Archaeologist that sells the same items (basic supplies). Only one of these merchants can appear on the map.
Not to be confused with second Researcher merchant in the same area (up the stairs, no minimap icon) that sometimes sells ingredients in bulk. This merchant also alternates with another Archaeologist also selling ingredients in bulk.

A Researcher can be sometimes found selling basic supplies at House zu Heltzer, slightly south from the central stairs, at the anvil near Waypoint zu Heltzer — .
