Gain Scoundrel's Luck whenever you use Skritt Swipe, Scoundrel's Luck allows you to use Double Edge skills on cooldown without backfiring.

 Scoundrel's Luck: Your next Double Edge skill used on cooldown will always be successful, regardless of the remaining cooldown. If used on Skritt Scuffle, it instead reduces the chance of obtaining an Unstable Skritt Bomb.
