Notes[edit]

  • Upon commission, a message is shown to players in the current map:
    • Lion's Arch: "<Character name> has commissioned free weapon sharpening service in Fort Marriner!"
    • Mistlock Sanctuary: "<Character name> has commissioned free weapon sharpening services."
  • The golem's enhancement effect will show the time remaining of the current service.
  • The map icon is only visible while the service is active.

Trivia[edit]

  • The confirmation step when commissioning the service was added with the November 18, 2025 game update after player complaints of the dialogue being too similar. Previously, a player that had only seen the service dialogue could click the option without realising it was different than usual, resulting in unintentionally spending their currency thinking the service was free.
