Slay the rare creature is a level 80 group event that occurs in Prospect Valley during the hourly Sandstorm! meta event in Dry Top, once every 5 hours in a rotation with 4 other rare creature events. The event appears 5 minutes after the sandstorm begins (ie. 45 after the hour) and Sand Savage must be killed within 15 minutes or it will escape when the sandstorm subsides.
