Thaumanova Reactor Fallout is a meta event that takes place in the remains of the Thaumanova Reactor in Metrica Province and involves working with Rooba and her C.L.E.A.N. 5000 golem to clean up the reactor fallout. The chaos magic will cause dangerous monsters to spawn in the chambers during and after the clean up, along with Inquest agents, requiring players to quell the threats. A successful meta culminates in a battle against a massive Fire Elemental world boss and if defeated will award a boss chest. Players that have found a Matrix Cube Key can then infuse it with Fire by interacting with C.L.E.A.N. 5000's remains.

While the primary event chain involving Rooba and the C.L.E.A.N. 5000 is on cooldown, a random event can be triggered by talking to Rooba outside the eastern entrance. She leaves her golem suit every few minutes to talk.

The primary event chain to spawn the Fire Elemental world boss occurs during the day cycle at xx:45 every 2 hours (on the even hours for UTC server time), alternating with Secrets in the Swamp (Shadow Behemoth) in Queensdale occuring at nightfall every other hour. The C.L.E.A.N. 5000 golem will move from the  C.L.E.A.N. Station — and wait by Rooba at the entrance to the reactor, speak to her to start the escort pre-event. The closest waypoint is  Muridian Waypoint — .
