6	Ask Morgaah Bloodseeker in the Black Citadel about crafting a specialized glove.			Go to  Factorium Waypoint — and talk to Morgaah Bloodseeker.
7	Complete The Falling Star: Crafting List achievement to gather the needed items, then speak with Morgaah Bloodseeker to craft the glove.			Complete The Falling Star: Crafting List, then return to Morgaah Bloodseeker

As you're aware, the Wizard's Vault is tasked with securing potentially hazardous artifacts, as well as facilitating the proper usage of said items to safeguard Tyria. Your well-documented talents and support in this project have recommended you for participation in the former goal. Astral Ward members of a recent expedition to the wilds of Janthir have relayed local stories of a meteor making landfall in the area. Astrological artifacts can be of particular interest—or harm to innocents—and so I have sent a member of the vault to further investigate. This field operation has been filed with the records name "Falling Star." I'd like to request your help—in return, you will be eligible to take ownership of any recovered artifacts at or below the level we classify as "locally threatening." Please rendezvous with Field Archivist Cierle in Lowland Shore at your earliest opportunity. —Vivienne

The rock is melted around it? And the meteor still retained its shape...how fascinating. Well then, we simply need to reheat it to a high enough temperature to loosen its bonds.

I take it you have some magical relic for that?

Unleashing one treasure to secure another would have us running in circles. For this, we can rely on allies of the ward to make us a new tool.

What do you have in mind?

I'll arrange an introduction with Morgaah Bloodseeker, the master armorer of the Black Citadel. He's not one of us, but an ally we can work with–his mastery of heat is what we'll need.
