The Whisper of Jormag is the final foe in the Voice in the Deep story step in Shadow in the Ice. It is a Voice of Jormag through whom Jormag, the Elder Dragon of Ice and Persuasion, can speak from a great distance.

- Ice Tempest — Summons four deadly ice tornadoes around itself which spiral outwards. (Available from 100%)
- Icy Slash — Flash-freezes a large swath of terrain in a 200 degree arc covering its left and front, damaging everything in the area. (Available from 100%)
- Icy Slice — Flash-freezes a large swath of terrain in a 200 degree arc covering its right and front, damaging everything in the area. (Available from 100%)
- Icicle Throw — Throws a fast ranged projectile at a telegraphed circle on the ground. (Available from 100%)
- Rimebreath — Blasts icy breath in a 30 degree cone, visually similar to Cone of Cold, lasting for a small duration. (Available from 100%)
- Frigid Blast — An immediate icy explosion with no telegraph in a 400 range around itself, knocking back anything within a 350 range. Triggered when reaching 80/60/40/20% health. (Available from 100%)
- Vicious Slam — Many telegraphed circles appear on the ground with ice geysers that launch targets up into the air, spawning giant icy spikes underneath them. A glider can be deployed after the launch. (Available from 80%)
- Slithering Rime — Multiple rolling orbs of spectral ice radiate out from itself in 6 straight lines, telegraphed by arrows. (Available from 60%)
