Patch	Changes
November 28, 2023	This trait will now activate after using a healing skill instead of upon reaching a threshold of conditions.
April 28, 2020	Increased cooldown from 60 seconds to 100 seconds in PvP only.
February 06, 2018	No longer converts conditions into boons. It now triggers Lesser Elixir C when you have 3 conditions. Lesser Elixir C has a 60-second cooldown and converts 3 conditions into boons in PvE, and 2 conditions into boons in PvP and WvW.
September 29, 2015	Updated this trait to use the standard conversion list for conditions into boons and to affect all stacks of a condition.
June 23, 2015	Specialization update: Updated this trait to reflect the introduction of the specialization mechanic.
December 10, 2013	Increased the percentage chance from 8% to 100%. This effect can now only trigger once every 15 seconds.
December 14, 2012	Transmute: has been updated from a 3% chance to an 8% chance.
August 28, 2012	Game release: Transmute has been added to the game.
