He is of ascalonian ancestry and descendant of the hero Tobold Goldmiada. He is the younger brother of Darron and Seraph Deborah and the older brother of Magister Tyrinna and cousin of Selana Terrus. He is also the husband of Aetherblade Captain Mai Trin and co-founder of Dragon's Watch.
