Veteran Risen Acolyte of Dwayna

Veteran Risen Acolyte of Dwayna is a powerful Veteran Risen Acolyte that was once a human follower of Dwayna. He is found surrounded by Risen Squires, guarding the Statue of Dwayna located in the Strait of Sacrilege. While he is alive, all nearby Risen will gain the Acolyte of Dwayna Sanction effect, giving their attacks a 10% chance to immobilize for 10 seconds.

Heals self while giving nearby allies Fury for 20 seconds and 3 stacks of Might for 5 seconds.
Grants Acolyte of Dwayna Sanction to nearby allies

Dark Halting - Causes Crippled to target for 5 seconds.
Life Siphon - Channeled spell that hits multiple times, stealing health with each hit.
Necrotic Grasp - Projectile attack that pierces.
Well of Blood and Suffering - Sinks target for 8 seconds and creates an AoE field at their location that inflicts Vulnerability and Weakness for 5 seconds.
