- Wandering Minstrel: This trait now grants a note every 10 seconds while out of combat.
“Wandering MinstrelBuild up notes instead of summoning illusions. Shatters are replaced by instrument skills, which consume notes to continue playing. Gain access to Tales.
While out of combat, you will automatically generate a note every 10 seconds.
Maximum Notes: 3
