Alya is a djinn member of the Astral Ward testing the tracking abilities of fellow members as part of a Hide-and-Seek in Wizard's Tower game in The Wizard's Tower. She later teams up with Head Researcher Rhianwyn to investigate the Spectral Agony flooding the Valley of Agony in the Mistburned Barrens. In Bava Nisos, she led the investigation team to research the malfunctioning mursaat mirror network.
