Assault the titanic heart is a level 80 group event that occurs in the Pericardial Nexus, and is one of the three final events of the A Titanic Voyage meta event in Bava Nisos.

• Once per day shared with the other lung events, bonus chest containing:
  • Bava Nisos: Commander's Choice Chest (guaranteed)
  • Piece of Rare Unidentified Gear (3) (guaranteed)

Walkthrough

• Reduce the heart integrity by attacking Vascular Nodules scattered around the area.
• Titan Hemolymphs will attempt to reach the Titanic Macrophage and revive it. Prevent them from reaching it by dealing damage and using CC. If they revive the macrophage, the nodules become invulnerable and the newly spawned Fulgurous Macrophage must be defeated before continuing.
• Other mini bosses can spawn, such as the Vascular Lithocyte.
• Titan Leukocyte will also periodically spawn around the area and are referred to as turrets. Destroying them awards progress towards the Artillery Annihilator achievement.
• If the lungs in the other lanes are disabled, then the Titanic Macrophage will no longer revive.
• Once all the Vascular Nodules are destroyed, a final Macrophage will spawn at the heart. The Macrophage will become invulnerable at 10% and begin charging a huge AOE. If you remain inside this AOE, you will be killed instantly when it is fully charged.
