Biting Swarm is a skill used by Kela, Seneschal of Waves during the Guardian's Glade raid encounter.
The damage starts at 2% of the player's health, and increases by 1.5% every stack. While downstate, it does 18% of your total downstate health per tick, regardless of stacks amount.
