Celsa
Celsa was the mursaat Arch Steward of Bava Nisos who was active during the titan invasion on the city in 1072 AE. They[1] were the mate of Yagon. In the aftermath of the Seer-mursaat war, Isgarren sneaked into Bava Nisos to avenge the death of his former leader Sidony and assassinated Sidony's slayer Yagon in front of her family members in broad daylight before successfully fleeing.[2]
Celsa presided over the Ceremony of Passing in Yagon's memory at the edge of the the Golden Lake, forbidding any mursaat to speak for the duration of the following sunrise until sundown.[3] The grieving Celsa issued orders to begin a hunt for Isgarren, demanding him to be brought back alive if possible so Celsa could kill him personally to avenge Yagon. However, the mursaat were unable to fulfill the Arch Steward's wish.[2]
When the Mistburn began affecting the gildless mursaat youths once the keystone and a Mists Gate had been brought to Bava Nisos for experimentation, Celsa remained silent on the matter even though more and more mursaat grew increasingly worried about the spreading phenomenon.[4]

- Celsa's Orchard, located on the outskirts of Bava Nisos, is likely named after the Arch Steward.
