Champion Avatars of Regret are powerful High Kryptis[1] found during certain events in Horn of Maguuma.

10 Torment. - Lamentation - Leap up and slam the ground, inflicting 5 Torment and
Weakness. - Punishment - Channel a circular area of effect that
Floats all foes and inflicts 
Crippled and Weakness. - Shared Destruction - Targets take 60% of their health in damage, split between any nearby allies.
