Minigames are a common way to interact with events and objects around the world. The skill bar is replaced with a new set of skills that have to be used correctly to succeed.

Simon Says[edit]

Simon Says is a memory game where a sequence has to be memorized and repeated.

Mechanics[edit]

The player's skill bar is replaced with 3 new skills, and they are shown icons that correspond to the skills they have to press. Each round adds another icon to the sequence.

The game consists of 3-7 rounds depending on the difficulty of the object, and there's a limited time to complete it, shown as a variant of Challenge of the Ancients.png Time Remaining.

Defusal[edit]

A variant which shows the entire sequence immediately, and has to be inputted in a significantly shorter time. The interactible object (usually a bomb or a mine) has to be found first.

A variant that requires a pre-determined sequence of notes to be played. The sequence (sheet music) is usually explained in a nearby book object.

Whack-a-mole[edit]

Whack-a-mole (or Bop It) is a reaction game where the correct button has to be hit in time.

Mechanics[edit]

The player's skill bar is replaced with 5 new skills, where only one is the correct skill to use, and the other 4 are the same failure skill. Upon using a skill, the positions are re-randomized.

Getting multiple correct uses in a row is usually required to succeed, with incorrect uses sometimes causing the attempt to abort. There is also a time limit shown as Queued for Queen's Gauntlet Challenge.png Time remaining or Aquatic Ruins Chest Disabled.png Time Running Out.

Follow the leader[edit]

Follow the leader (or copycat) is a similar game where you have to mimic the action of a performer before they switch.

Mechanics[edit]

The player's skill bar is replaced with different skills that correspond to specific moves. Use the same move as the performer to succeed.

Shooting galleries are games of skill where precision is needed to hit targets.

Mechanics[edit]

A weapon with limited amount of ammunition is equipped, and the skillbar replaced with one skill to fire, and one skill to reload.

Action Camera is usually automatically activated (or may be toggled), as the weapon has to be aimed manually at targets.

The player is sometimes locked in place, and the targets are often moving.
