Shelterer's Backstage is a place of power—a communing type hero challenge in a ground level cave within Shoalstone.
To reach it, start at Thornbloom Ravine at the coast, and follow the ravine northwest to the Congregation of the Sheltered. The hero challenge is on a stage overlooking the point of interest.
