Stellis Quor

Stellis Quor is a seer settlement with notable conservatoires and bastions where the seers' finest crafters and arcane practitioners studied and taught students. When the elder race alliance was taking shape, the seer doyen Sidony approved several of the mursaat's brightest and most illuminated minds to study in Stellis Quor, and the mursaat were inspired by its architecture when contructing Apavim, the First Citadel of the mursaat. Meliore and some of her fellow seers received a directive of transfer to the bastions of Stellis Quor to help with plans for the siege of Apavim during the early years of the seer-mursaat war.

• 'Stēllīs' is an albative/dative plural of stella and means 'of the stars' in Latin. 'Quōr' may be an abbreviation of 'quōrum' which means 'of whom' in Latin and has been transferred as a noun to English to mean 'the minimum number of members of a group necessary to constitute the group at a meeting.' A loose translation into English could thus be 'assembly of the stars.'
