• Kela fixates on this target and the player who holding it, indicated by a fixate icon and  Fixated effect.
• All players are instantly defeated if Kela consumes the artifact.
• Grants the   Throw Relic special action skill.
• The skill starts with 15 second recharge timer upon acquiring it.
