Flotsam Grotto Skimmerway is a point of interest outside the village of Hullgarden, presumably named after the ship debris at and around its entrance.

Getting there

Head west out of Hullgarden Village Plaza until you reach the edge of the shore roughly between Castaway Sandy and Castaway Driftspar. (Astral Ward Heather, who is standing on the shore by a boat, is an indicator that you are in the right place and looking in the right direction.) Head into the water and dive--a large trench will quickly become visible.

Follow the trench northwest to a debris-strewn entrance. Like other skimmerways, it will have a ley line leading in and approaching it will uncover the point of interest.
